see a taping of "Emeril
Live!"

Rules And Entry Form below. You'll
have to submit a short essay (50
words or less) on why you should be
considered as the Quad Cities
Backyard BBQ Master, as well as the
recipe you will be using in the
competition. All recipes must
contain one of the following cuts of
beef: Chuck Eye Steak, Flat Iron
Steak, Petite Tender, Ground Round
or Chuck, or Top Sirloin.
We'll pick
12 entries to compete on Friday,
June 22, 2007. Everyone who
competes will receive a new Weber
Grill. Three entrants will be
chosen for a cook-off on Saturday,
June 23, 2007.
